Over 40 years ago, Jerry bred and showed Great Danes.  Together we have been involved with Schnauzers since 1995, when we acquired our wonderful Corey, Ch. Mistar Cherokee.  Corey was our first Standard Schnauzer.  We showed him to his championship throughout Arizona, New Mexico, and California.  We followed with Sophie, Ch. Mistar Ferrari, who is a lively ten year old Standard.

We always had an interest in Giants, and when we moved to our beautiful 10 acres in the mountains of Colorado, we were able to realize our desire to add a Giant.  Ch. Grande's Mississippi Queen "Delta", joined our family in the winter of 2002.  Vicki, with the assistance of Cindy Wallace of Grande Giants, owner-handled Delta to her championship.  Delta also has training in protection, obedience, and tracking.  Delta produced a litter of three in 2004, two of which have attained their championship and the third is well on his way.

Vicki also fell in love with the Miniature Schnauzers, so in 2003 we added T-Lan's Jerome of Bear Creek "Jerome" to our family of Schnauzers.  Unfortunately Jerome was too big for his britches and didn't "play nice" with our family of giants. He was placed with a loving family that has a female standard schnauzer who is now Jerome's best friend in the world.
